A Hundred Years of Love

The challenge at HEART'S QUEST LOVABLE QUOTABLES is "anything with a saying or quote on it".

I’m sharing a card that’s sentimental and heartfelt. The beautiful quote takes center stage, and I really wanted the design to highlight those meaningful words without overpowering them.

I chose a soft, striped background to add subtle interest while keeping the overall look calm and balanced. The warm tones of yellow and red bring a cozy, loving feel to the card.

To give the design a bit of dimension, I added a vellum panel with the Winnie the Pooh quote on it and secured it with enamel dots. This not only adds a unique touch but also helps the sentiment stand out even more. The decorative border trim along the bottom finishes everything off with a bit of playful detail.

This card is perfect for expressing just how much someone means to you. Sometimes, it’s the words themselves that carry the most impact—and I love creating designs that let those words truly shine.
