I created this fun birthday card featuring an adorable pup who looks ready to celebrate in style.
I kept the design clean and simple to really let the die-cut elements shine. The sweet little dog is the star of the card, and I love how the cluster of balloons adds a playful sense of movement and whimsy. Using shades of blue and teal for the balloons keeps the look fresh while still feeling soft and cohesive.
The sentiment “It’s Your Birthday, Let’s Paw-ty” adds the perfect touch of humor and ties the whole design together. I also added a hand-drawn style border around the card front to frame everything and give it a bit of extra detail without overpowering the focal point.
Cards like this are why I love using my Cricut—being able to layer simple shapes and turn them into something full of character is so much fun. This design would be perfect for any dog lover or anyone who enjoys a lighthearted birthday greeting !
