There's something so special about creating a card to celebrate the arrival of a precious new baby. For this card, I chose soft aqua and white layers to give it a fresh, clean look that's perfect for welcoming a little boy.

The adorable teddy bear floating in a hot air balloon steals the show, accompanied by fluffy clouds and a tiny bluebird for an extra touch of whimsy. I kept the coloring soft and subtle so the image remains the focal point, while the layered cardstock adds dimension without overwhelming the design.
