I'm GDT at FAIRY TALE challenge blog and this week the challenge is {banners/pennants}. The challenge is for 2 weeks. I got some sweet gifts a few weeks ago in the mail and there was a package of tags so I decided to turn them into banners and make this card! The bottom piece is also a tag. I covered the hole with a BUTTERFLY!! How cute, hey!
