TIP-Did you participate in all those swaps that scrapbookers used to have a few years ago? I did!!! And I have binders full of bits and pieces of EVERYTHING to show for it. My tip for anyone like me is to pull out that stuff and start using it on cards. This card was done with a tag from a swap. The tag is too pretty NOT to use and it's perfect for a card!!!
