What a nice card for the Winter season !
I used glitter on the sleeve cuffs, Snow Tex on the snow, and a cabled sweater embossing folder on the mittens.

I love this new design idea!! Those mittens can hold all sorts of items for future cards! :) Having a delicious hot cuppa is just what's needed on a cold snowy day! So cute for a winter wishes with hot cocoa theme! Thanks for creating and sharing with HQCOLCB and also FQGGCB!
