Happy Halloween Retro Cat

The challenge at COLORFUL OPTIONS is "black/orange or always the option of rainbow colors".

Here's my project. I went with a retro Halloween cat on the front of a card. Look at the pattern paper! Doesn't it match the pattern very well !
