Sweet Treats & Cozy Feet

The March challenge at CHRISTMAS CRAFTS ALL YEAR 'ROUND is "create a Christmas/Holiday project with something that starts with G and/or H".

I created a card with Gingerbread Men on it.

For this card, I wanted to capture that warm, cozy feeling of the holiday season—think fuzzy slippers, sweet treats, and relaxing winter moments. These gingerbread man slippers totally stole my heart! I love how their cheerful little faces bring a playful and whimsical touch to the design.

The layered background with festive patterns adds just the right amount of holiday charm without taking attention away from the main elements. I also added a few candy embellishments for a pop of sparkle and to tie everything together with a “sweet treats” theme.

The soft colors and textures make this card feel extra warm and inviting—perfect for sending a little comfort and joy during the holiday season. And of course, the sentiment Sweet Holiday Wishes felt like the perfect finishing touch!

My Sweet Holidays Gingerbread Men slippers card can be found at Cricut Design Space.

A T-Shirt for True Coffee Lovers

The new challenge at ANYTHING BUT A CARD is posted. As always, it's actually ANYTHING but a card !!

Here's my project.

Sometimes the simplest messages are the truest ones! When I made this t-shirt, I wanted something fun, cheerful, and a little bit relatable—because for many of us, the day really does start with a good cup of coffee.

The bright blue background makes the design pop, while the bold lettering highlights the word “LOVE,” with the coffee cup tucked right into the message. I added little coffee bean accents to tie everything together and give it a playful coffee-lover vibe. The mix of fonts helps create a fun, eye-catching look that feels both cozy and energetic at the same time.

The phrase “All You Need Is Love and a Good Cup of Coffee” felt perfect for this design. It’s lighthearted but also very true—coffee and a little love can go a long way toward making the day better!

This shirt was such a fun project to create, and it would be perfect for casual days, coffee dates, or just relaxing with your favorite warm drink in hand.
