I finally get the internet and have my scraproom all set up to create some cards and I can't get my printer to work now!!! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!! The colored ink is just about gone but the black is new.But it won't print black! It prints red and orange!!!! Do I NEED colored ink to print just black, though!?? I wanted to work on some DT cards, oh my, it's just not my day for many reasons.

Hi Deanne, try the settings and go for "use only black ink" with the colour settings. Hope this helps. judit x
