The July challenge is posted at PAPER ROCKS SCISSORS. The challenge is always anything goes as long as you used paper and/or scissors on your creation.
I used an image I found on an old Christmas card I had and fussy cut it with my scissors. I added it to a piece of plaid paper. I added glitter to the sprinkles and Santa's hat.
