Happy Halloween {PIN}spirational

The challenge for {PIN}SPIRATIONAL is a color theme this month!


Here's my project. I know it's a Halloween card but I'm getting prepared for next Halloween! I used most of my Halloween stash this year, so I need to continue creating year 'round!!
