I saw a really nice card on a Facebook group called Cardmakers that was posted by a lady named Pat Clarke . I made one similar (and I let Pat know and posted a pic of my card). I cut the feathers with my Cricut and them made the snipping around the edges. (this is a similar card to the one I posted in the last two days)
